Fitness Challenge Playlist

I feel so much better when I push myself to be active, even if it is in small increments throughout the day.  I get bored easy and need to feel challenged to stay motivated. I also get confused… “what exercises do I want to do today?” I decided on doing simple monthly challenges to keep me engaged. Here are a few of my favorite exercises.
