- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup water to steep tea bags
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 4 chai tea bags
Combine the milk and sugar in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Stir vigorously to combine well & create a little foam. In a separate pot add 1 cup water & 4 tea bags. After tea has steeped for about 10 minutes add to milk mixture. Stir well to combine. Foam will dissipate. Serves 4.
