  • 3 measures white rum
  • 4 measures pineapple juice
  • 2 measures coconut cream
  • crushed ice
  • wedge of pineapple to decorate

Directions
1. Shake all the ingredients except the fruit – together over crushed ice and strain into a cocktail glass with more ice.
2. Dress with the wedge of pineapple.
