Oven Fried Chicken


  • 1 pound chicken tenderloins
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup honey mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons dried parsley


  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • Grease 11×13 baking dish
  • Combine all dry ingredients
  • Dip chicken into honey mustard
  • Roll in dry ingredients
  • Place chicken in baking dish
  • Place chicken in the oven
  • After 15 minutes turn chicken & place back in the oven to bake for 5 minutes.
  • After 5 minutes, turn on the broiler. Broil chicken for 2 minutes on each side. Remove from oven & cool for a few minutes before serving.
  • Chicken will be tender & tasty with a slightly crispy texture & will make a healthier substitute for fried chicken tenders.
