Balsamic Reduction

Ingredients

  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

Directions

  • In a saucepan, add vinegar & brown sugar. Combine well.
  • Bring to a boil & then reduce heat immediately.
  • Simmer on low for about 20 minutes or until most of the water has evaporated & the vinegar has thickened.
  • Serve over salad, chicken, fish or vegetables.
