- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- In a saucepan, add vinegar & brown sugar. Combine well.
- Bring to a boil & then reduce heat immediately.
- Simmer on low for about 20 minutes or until most of the water has evaporated & the vinegar has thickened.
- Serve over salad, chicken, fish or vegetables.
