Spicy Chicken Salad On Ciabatta Bread

This sandwich is easy & a great way to add protein to your day!

Ingredients

  • 3 chicken thighs,  baked, cubed
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped jalepenos
  • 2 tablespoons dried cranberries
  • 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
  • 1 tablespoon dried minced onion

Directions

  • Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Stir well to combine.
    • Toast cibatta bread. Dress your bread with your favorite spread. Top with chicken salad & some spinach, lettuce,  tomato etc. Enjoy.
