This sandwich is easy & a great way to add protein to your day!
- 3 chicken thighs, baked, cubed
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 sour cream
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped jalepenos
- 2 tablespoons dried cranberries
- 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
- 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
- Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Stir well to combine.
- Toast cibatta bread. Dress your bread with your favorite spread. Top with chicken salad & some spinach, lettuce, tomato etc. Enjoy.
