Salmon & Rice Breakfast Bowl

Variety IS the spice of life. Who says you have to eat eggs, bacon or something sweet for breakfast? This savory breakfast is a great way to add more energy to the start of your day and one of my favorites!


  • 1 cup of cooked rice, salted & seasoned to taste
  • 2 pieces of salmon, seasoned & lightly pan fried
  • Sauteed vegetables of choice such as onions, mushrooms, spinach or asparagus


  • Combine rice & vegetables & top with salmon. Makes 2 large servings.
