Stick to what works

This week’s fall challenge wasn’t quite so powerful & I wasn’t as excited about it. In part, that’s because I was rather sickly most of the week. I did mange to work out but I only squeaked it in during the latter part of the day. I didn’t benefit from working out first thing in the morning. My eating habits also slipped a little & my water intake went down. Need to get my focus back & I’ll be on the right track in no time.
