Getting back to basics


I really fell off track during the month of April and part of May.There is no need to beat myself up. That will only hold me back. Today is a new day and I don’t have to let the past weeks dictate what my future will be. For me, that means, I need to be all in. All in for my healthy lifestyle, positive thinking & self motivation. I need to go to bed early, drink plenty of water & consume less sugar. I also need to dedicate myself to my monthly fitness challenge. I started the fitness challenge in December & I have seen some amazing results. Yes, it’s true my health issues aren’t going anywhere but I have gained more strength, determination & mental clarity because of being more active. Really, there has been more growth during this post brain surgery period than any other so far. Now isn’t reason enough to stop throwing a pity party and get down to business? Enough said!
