May Fitness Challenge


So far this month, I have been doing this fitness challenge & I love it! It’s fast moving, I don’t get bored & I’ve gotten a great work out before you know it…Workout schedule as follows:

Monday, Thursday & Saturday = Cardio Blast

Tuesday  & Friday = Full Body Fitness Challenge

Wednesday = Abdominals

Sunday = Arms & Legs
