Here are some useful tips that could help balance the life of a high performance planner.
Tips for a more spontaneous life…..
A planner has to start somewhere….. So make a list of things that you are comfortable doing spontaneously at a moments notice. As time goes along you will see that you are becoming more comfortable just going with the flow & trying new things.
Keep learning & stay curious. By doing so you will be more motivated & conquer fears that keep you from trying new things.
Use your time efficiently, be self disciplined & prioritze to finish the most important things on your to do list. This will leave you with extra time for the fun things.
Have an open mind and willingness to step out of your comfort zone.
Recognize repeating patterns and mix them up.
Challenge yourself to do something you wouldn’t normally do.
Stop making plans all the time.
Say yes to last minute gatherings. Just go with it – without first knowing what the plan is.
At times – follow your food cravings and take along a friend. 🙂
Don’t over analyze everything.
Good practice – make plans – for right now. This moment.
Let go of limiting beliefs that keep you from doing more.
Stop waiting for the perfect time.
Come to decisions faster by being random – where appropriate.
